Bill Grant is the 2023 recipient of the Bob Dellinger Award, named in honor of the Hall of Fame Distinguished Member and presented annually by Amateur Wrestling News to recognize the wrestling writer of the year.

May National Girls High School Rankings Released, Pound-For-Pound Rankings Updated

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame, USA Wrestling and FloWrestling have released the National Girls High School Rankings for May. Ranking evaluates all girls enrolled in grades 8-12, and athletes from all 50 states are eligible for selection.

The award was established in 1996 to honor Olympic and World champion Dave Schultz, whose career was cut short when he was murdered in 1996. He is a Distinguished Member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and a member of the UWW Hall of Fame.

Kira Pipkins of Bloomfield, New Jersey is the national winner of the Tricia Saunders High School Excellence Award, named for four-time World Champion and the first woman to be inducted as a Distinguished Member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.
