Pro Wrestling Icon Hulk Hogan To Be Commissioner of Real American Freestyle
Hulk Hogan has launched and will be commissioner of Real American Freestyle.
Real American Freestyle events will feature single matches at eight men’s and four women’s weight classes. The first event is scheduled for Aug. 30 in Cleveland, with other sites to be named in the coming months.

The National Duals Invitational is a new college wrestling tournament set to debut later this year at the BOK Center in Tulsa.
It’s the brainchild of wrestling supporter and Paycom founder Chad Richison.

Lifetime Service to Wrestling award recipients are Dale Bahr, Sam Davis, Tim Jones, Tom Minkel, Gary Rivers and Pat "Whizzer" Wyka while Mike Amine was honored as an Outstanding American.

Distinguished Member Slay Will Direct SportsLife Wrestling and Launch G1 Training Center in Arkansas
Olympic gold medalist Brandon Slay, a Distinguished Member inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2016, will take on a dual role as Executive Director of SportsLife Wrestling, a Christian-based leadership development organization, and Head Coach of the G1 Training Center, a new training facility focused on the development of youth, elite high school, and senior level wrestlers.

Greg Strobel Leadership Academy Enjoys Successful Fundraiser
The Greg Strobel 30-Day Challenge continues to provide an opportunity to participate in a cause that honors the messages and teachings Greg, a Distinguished Member inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2012, valued and stood for throughout his life, which provides the foundation for the Greg Strobel Leadership Academy (GSLA).
With the support of challenge participants and generous supporters, this year’s Challenge raised nearly $10,000.00. It was because of everyone’s effort, dedication, and passion that it was another great 30-days!
