The National Wrestling Coaches Association is pleased to announce that best-selling author and renowned speaker Jon Gordon will deliver the keynote address at the SportsLife Wrestling Breakfast, taking place Saturday, August 2, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. during the 2025 NWCA Annual Convention.

Final X Spots Up for Grabs at Senior World Team Trials

The 16 remaining Final X spots will be determined at the Senior World Team Trials Challenge Tournament being held at Norton Healthcare Sports and Learning Center in Louisville, Kentucky on May 16-17. 

Real American Freestyle Wrestling League Signs Olympic Medalists

“The goal is to get people outside who don’t know anything about wrestling to come watch and invest in the sport financially and be at events."

Events will feature eight weight classes with eight matches for men and four for women. Wrestlers will have the opportunity to win a championship purse and bonuses — in adherence to NCAA regulations — for victories.

Ben Askren, Kennedy Blades, Aaron Brooks, David Carr, Kyle Dake, Trent Hidlay, Kyle Snyder and Zahid Valencia have been announced as participants in the unscripted wrestling series.

Pro Wrestling Icon Hulk Hogan To Be Commissioner of Real American Freestyle

Hulk Hogan has launched and will be commissioner of Real American Freestyle.

Real American Freestyle events will feature single matches at eight men’s and four women’s weight classes. The first event is scheduled for Aug. 30 in Cleveland, with other sites to be named in the coming months.
