The 2010 OSAA State Tournament took place February 22 through 27 at the Memorial Coliseum in Portland, Oregon.

Roseburg High School won its third 6A championship in four years by nearly 130 points over 2009 champion Newberg. In the 5A class, Hermiston won by more than 140 points over runner up Churchill to capture its fourth consecutive team title. Scappoose won the 4A class. Burns captured its ninth-straight 3A title while Culver took top honors in the 2A/1A class for the fourth consecutive year. Newberg 125 pounder Tommy Siciliano became a four time state champion, joining only 17 other Oregonians to do so going back to 1951.

Several members of the Oregon Chapter Board of Directors were instrumental in the success of the state tournament. Announcer Ed Burton again did a superb job at the microphone. DeLance Duncan, Tom Dyar and Verl Miller were key players in organization and operation of the tournament. Dr. Bill Bettis set up his Oregon Wrestling History and Hall of Fame display, which was a big attraction throughout the tournament. Marty Reser was one of the honored award presenters.
