Nine to be inducted into Connecticut Chapter in 2025

Nine outstanding individuals from Connecticut's wrestling community will be inducted into the Connecticut Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in April 2025.

Melody and Ron Domanico Join Hall of Fame Board of Governors

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame is pleased to announce that its Board of Governors has unanimously approved Melody Domanico (Atlanta) and Ron Domanico (Atlanta) to join the Board of Governors.

Final National Girls High School Team Rankings

The top two teams have remained the same since February, with No. 1 Wyoming Seminary (Pennsylvania) and No. 2 Toppenish High School (Washington) followed by No. 3 is Allen High School (Texas), No. 4 Cleveland High School and No. 5 SLAM Academy.

Hall of Fame Presents “Big Match Breakdown” at National Championships

National Wrestling Hall of Fame's Big Match Breakdown will feature Arizona State’s Eric Larkin and Minnesota’s Jared Lawrence analyzing their 149-pound NCAA championship match from 2003 on the Main Stage at Fan Event on March 21 from 2:45-3:30 p.m.

Simon Named 2024 Iowa High School Female Wrestler of the Year Award Recipient

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum announced that Naomi Simon of Decorah High School has been chosen as the 2024 recipient of the Iowa High School Female Wrestler of the Year award.

Naaktgeboren Named 2024 Bob Steenlage Iowa High School Wrestler of the Year Award Recipient

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum announced that Kane Naaktgeboren of Linn-Marr High School in Marion, Iowa has been chosen as the 2024 recipient of the Bob Steenlage Iowa High School Wrestler of the Year award.

Distinguished Member Andy Rein “Powers Beyond” to Raise Money for Endowment Campaign

Distinguished Member Andy Rein is thru hiking the entire Appalachian Trail, walking roughly five million steps through 14 states. He is dedicating the hike to raise money for the "Power Beyond" endowment campaign to secure the Hall of Fame's future.
