Team USA is sending a strong 63-person team to Warsaw, Poland, August 26-30. A 29-man men’s freestyle team will compete at the 35th Waclaw Ziolkowski Memorial, August 29-30. The 17-woman women’s freestyle team will take part in the 30th Poland Open on August 27-29, and 17 Greco-Roman wrestlers will be a part of the 69th Wladyslaw Pytlasinski Memorial on August 26-27.

USA Wrestling women's freestyle competitors Alara Boyd, Macey Kilty and Sage Mortimer are all winners of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame's Tricia Saunders High School Excellence Award while men's freestyle competitors Cameron Amine, Marcus Blaze, Kyle Burwick, Wyatt Hendrickson, Patrick Kennedy and Zain Retherford are all winners of the Hall of Fame's Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award.

2024 Olympian and Senior World champion Retherford guides the loaded men’s freestyle squad into Poland, where he will compete in his first international tournament since the 2024 Olympic Games. Two-time World medalist James Green and reigning World silver medalist Levi Haines will also make the trip to Warsaw for Team USA.

Rounding out the 2026 Senior World Team members competing at the Waclaw Ziolkowski Memorial are two-time age-group World champion Blaze at 61 kg and 2025 Senior World Team member and 2023 U23 World champion Hendrickson at 125 kg.

Team USA’s men’s freestyle roster also includes age-group World champions Luke Lilledahl – who has three age-group World titles on his resume – and Will Lewan.

The U.S. Greco-Roman team heading to Poland features six members of the 2026 Senior World Team. U23 World silver medalist Beka Melelashvili leads six individuals at 87 kg and 2024 Olympian Payton Jacobson will also be in the mix at 87 kg for the U.S. Dalton Roberts and Benji Peak, who have made two previous Senior World Teams before this year, are set to compete at 60 kg and 72 kg, respectively.

Capping off the 2026 Senior World Team members competing in Poland are 2023 Senior World Team member Xavier Johnson at 63 kg, two-time age-group World medalist Otto Black at 67 kg and 2026 Pan American bronze medalist Tim Young at 97 kg.

Along with Jacobson, past Senior World Team members Brady Koontz and Jesse Porter are also set to represent Team USA later this month.

Senior World medalists Kilty and Jennifer Page lead the women’s freestyle side into the Poland Open. Two-time World medalist Kilty represents the U.S. at 62 kg and 2023 World bronze medalist Page will compete at 65 kg.

2024 U23 World champion Mortimer joins the field at 50 kg and two-time age-group World medalist Boyd will join Kilty at 62 kg.

Also representing Team USA in women’s freestyle are past U23 World Team members Amanda Martinez and Precious Wieser.

Action in Warsaw kicks off on Wednesday, August 26, and runs through Sunday, August 30. Greco-Roman competition takes place on Wednesday and Thursday, with women’s freestyle on Thursday-Saturday. Men’s freestyle concludes the five-day event on Saturday and Sunday.
