Sierra Chiesa of Northwestern, a junior 107-pounder, discussed her path to 100 wins after reaching the historic milestone Friday in the Class 2A Northwest regional quarterfinals. Chiesa is the first female in Pennsylvania high school wrestling history to win 100 matches.
