The New Jersey Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame will host its 23rd golf outing, a shotgun/scramble on Wednesday, July 22. The event will take place, rain or shine, at Mercer Oaks Golf Club in West Windsor.

One of the goals of the golf outing is to seek and raise contributions, donations and gifts to provide wrestling camp and clinic scholarships to deserving youth who seek to improve and enhance their skills in the sport of amateur wrestling.

As a result of those efforts, our chapter will also make contributions to selected veterans organizations, as well as children’s hospitals such as St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Make-A-Wish, and the Ronald McDonald House.

The golf package includes breakfast and registration (7:45 to 8:45 a.m.), green fees, cart, practice range, locker, giveaways, prizes and silent auction. There is also a buffet dinner after golf.

The costs are individuals $180, dinner-only $75 and raffles $20. Players 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult player. Singles and pairs have to contact the golf chairman for arrangements.
