Bob Bergen

Bob Bergen coached at Eagle Point High School from 1975­-1989 and retired from Eagle Point in 2005 after 30 years in the district. As a coach, Coach Bergen led the Eagle Point Wrestling Program for a total of 16 years and built a local regional program in Club West that benefited this school's athletes as well as many in the area.

Bob’s outstanding accomplishments are best known as a coach for the wrestling program. His vision, determination, and leadership empowered his athletes to achieve championship feats in his tenure.

Coached 12 individual State Champions

10 Team District Titles

SOU Assistant Coach 1994 National Championship Team

Bob Bergen is currently enjoying retired life and continues as assistant coach at Southern Oregon University.
