Art Keith

Art Keith is recognized for his years of dedication to the development of leadership and citizenship in young people through the sport of Wrestling.

High school teams won over 80% of dual meets.

Art Keith has worked with young people through high school Coaching, Collegiate Coaching and volunteer coaching. His teams have won the state high school championship and placed in the top 10 several times. He coached the first University of Oregon national champion and was named the Collegiate Rookie Coach of the Year.

Coach Art Keith has been a productive author as well as coach, publishing six books on Wrestling. He has been active with the Oregon Coaches Association, serving as president and on the executive board. He was also on the National Wrestling Coaches Association Wrestling Committee. He served as host coach and team leader for several cultural exchanges and was previously inducted into the Canby High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Today many of the individuals Coach Keith taught draw from his influence on their lives. He has given a lifetime of service to the youth of America through the sport of wrestling.
