Doug Caffall graduated from Pacific University with BA in Business. Coached wrestling as a volunteer for over 20 years. Founded Newberg Mat Club in 1979. Organized two West Regional Kid Tournaments. Coached eight wrestlers who competed in NCAA Division 1 programs and three who wrestled at Clackamas Community College. President of Caffall Brothers Forest Products in Newberg. Past board member of Tournament of Champions and Newberg Community Hospital.
