Noah Adams was a three-time West Virginia state champion for Independence High School in Coal City, West Virginia.

He was a four-time Coalfield Conference and regional champion while helping Independence win four state team titles.

Adams was a three-time national champion and FloNationals and National High School Coaches Assocaition Nationals while also posting third-place finishes in Greco-Roman and freestyle at Cadet Nationals.

He won a pair of gold medals at the 2016 Cadet Pan American Games in Peru while earning the Golden Boot as the Most Outstanding Wrestler and being named USA Wrestling Athlete of the Week.
