Stephen Bernhardt’s ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans have made him successful in his career field. His knowledge, dedication and experience have made him successful as a referee. He has refereed collegiate dual meets and major tournaments since 1970.

Bernhardt holds a National Rating of Category I-Exceptional, and an International Rating (FILA) Category III earned in 1983 and Category I earned in 1986. He has worked major international tournaments such as World Championships (USSR), the Pan American Championships (Canada), Tbilisi Tournament (USSR), Clemont Ferond (France), Cadet World Championships, Concord International and the Sunkist Open.
