Carl Frankett
Frankett attended Lehigh University and is best known for his collegiate officiating. He worked all of the NCAA Championships in the 1950s and 1960s and is a member of the Hall of Fame of the Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association.
Since his retirement as a referee, he has remained active in the sport by announcing wrestling events, including NCAA tournaments, as a radio commentator.
He is widely respected for his technique and his integrity.
