Dan Boudria

Dan Boudria was team captain and won a Missouri state wrestling championship in 1969 after reaching the finals in 1969 for Hazelwood High School.

He wrestled four years for the University of Missouri and began his coaching career as an assistant coach for the Tigers in 1975-76.

Boudria was head coach at Pacific High School in Pacific, Missouri, in 1976-77 before becoming an assistant coach at Hazelwood West High School.

He took over as head coach at Hazelwood West in 1978 and remained in the position until 1986. Boudria led his team to a state team title in 1985, a runner-up finish in 1984 and a third-place finish in 1986.

He returned to being an assitant coach for Hazelwood from 1999-2001 and spent one final year as head coach in 2001-02.

Boudria was named Missouri State High School Wrestling Coach of the Year in 1985 and was named the Missouri State High School Assistant Wrestling Coach of the Year in 2000.

He also coached gold and freshman football at Hazelwood West.

Boudria was inducted into the Missouri Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2011 and into the Charter Class of the Hazelwood West Hall of Fame in 2012.
