Ginger Lile began pairing tournaments in 1980 and quickly expanded her work outside Oregon for regional and national events, including the 1988 Olympic trials. In 1989 she was elected State Pairings Director for Oregon. She received the highest national ranking of P-1E in 1989 and has been on the Pairings Advisory Board ever since. She is the Pairing Coordinator for USA Wrestling national championships, serves as National Pairings Director for the USA Wrestling Officials Association, is a member of the USWOA Board, has been on the Pairings Advisory Board since 1999 and is a FILA Pairings Official. Ginger was named Woman of the Year for 2009 for USA Wrestling.
