Jeff Hull wrestled at Morris Hills High School under legendary coach Bill Burke. He graduated from Bloomsburg University and began coaching wrestling first at Belleville High School and then settled in to coach for 25 years at High Point Regional High School. Under his direction his teams earned an outstanding record of 285-108-3 including eight league championships, six District titles, ten NJSIAA Sectional championships and six State runner-up placements. His teams were ranked in the top ten in New Jersey for 10 consecutive years. Individually, his wrestlers excelled with two State Champions, 16 Region Champions, and 42 District Champions. In recognition for his accomplishments, his peers have selected him three times as Region Coach of the Year, six times as District Coach of the Year, and seven times area Coach of the Year.
