· Serves as Evaluator of Officials for the NCAA Wrestling Committee (2019-present)
· Former Coordinator of Officials for the PAC-12 Conference (2021-20240
· Former US Army E-5 Sergeant (1984-88) at Fort Bragg with 82nd Airborne Division
· Former Supervisor for Chatham Area Transit Authority (Savannah, GA) - retired
· Resides in Richmond Hill, GA with wife, Annette; adult children: Sandra, Artia Nelson, Stephon
