Coach Cady is more than just a coach; he is a true ambassador for wrestling and a mentor to countless athletes who have had the privilege of being under his guidance. His coaching philosophy extends beyond the mat, emphasizing not only the physical aspects of wrestling but also the development of character, discipline, and sportsmanship. This holistic approach has not only produced outstanding athletes but also individuals who carry the values instilled by Cady into their lives beyond wrestling. Todd is second to none in his work ethic, pride in our school, and dedication to excellence, as his outstanding accolades demonstrate including: 7 Idaho State Team Championships and 13 more top 4 finishes. All of the events that he runs are outstanding and schools that attend them rave about how they are treated. Most notably, Todd manages the annual Rollie Lane Tournament developing it into the largest event in the Northwestern United States. He is ethical and has a strong moral compass in dealing with what is right and wrong in schools and wrestling today. Todd is a great role model for wrestling coaches and the athletes that he works with. As an educator and coach, Todd is the embodiment of how education and wrestling can shape our lives beyond the classroom and mat. He is extremely humble, caring, and passionate about classroom success and coaching competition.
