Zachary J. Ison
Zachary J. Ison has been a steady leader within the sport of wrestling in the state of Ohio.
Starting in 1982, Ison has been a wrestling coach for over 30 years, and has always been described as making an impact with the athletes that he has had an opportunity to coach.
His involvement within the sport includes at the national level with USA Wrestling, the state level by serving as the vice president of the Southwest Ohio Coaches Association, and at the local level by coaching, most recently at Moeller High School.
Additionally, he’s been on the Coaches Classic Wrestling Tournament staff for the past 10 years and has helped run the biggest tournament in the greater Cincinnati area.
This year will mark his 27th consecutive appearance at the NCAA Wrestling Championship.
