Brad Bridgewater
Brad was the Head coach at North Linn from 2000-2019 after being the assistant coach there from 1998-2000, and a stint as and assistant coach at West Harrison from 1995-1997. Brad has also been the Junior High coach in wrestling, football,and track. Brad has a career record of 209-75 with 15 state champions from 9 individuals, 42 placewinners from 18 individuals, and a 4 X state champion in Dan LeClere who went on to wrestle at Iowa. Brad has also had his team in the top 10 at the traditional state tournament 6 times. In 2005 they were 4th,2006 they were 2nd, 2009 they were 6th, 2012 they were 4th, 2016 they were 9th and 2017 they were 9th. He has been President of the IWCOA and was the 2007 1-A Coach of the Year. Brad has had the honor to coach Dan LeClere 4X State Champion, Logan Mulnix 2X champ, Brendan Schott 2X champ , and Brock Henderson 2X champ. Brad was also very instrumental in leading the way for a new wrestling room with fundraising efforts.
Brad is respected by his peers as a man with high integrity and respect. He has been and excellent role model and thought of as a visionary. Brad has given much back to the community and is respected for the leadership he has provided and skills he has given to athletes outside of the competition arena. Brad is married to his wife Jody and they have three children Hannah, Cael, and MacKenzie. He attended Simpson College and was a three year letter winner.
