A native of Pennsylvania, has been a mainstay in the state of Arizona for over 30 years. Doug started his coaching career in 1982 as a volunteer coach in Flagstaff. He was assistant coach at Shadow Mountain HS in 1992 helping them win two state titles. He later would take the Head job at Barry Goldwater and open Boulder Creek. Doug has a career coaching record of 320-109 with 13 state champion over 50 state placers. Doug has served on the AZ/USA wrestling Board for over 10 years and has been on the National team coaching staff for the past five years.
