Natanya Levioff

Natanya Levioff began her love affair with the sport of wrestling in 1988 when she went to a quad meet at The Episcopal Academy near her home in Philadelphia, PA to cheer on some close friends and ended up running the head table instead; she had never been to a wrestling match before. She would continue as a volunteer team manager for the next two years. After graduating from The Julia Reynolds Masterman Laboratory and Demonstration School in 1990, Natanya headed to Syracuse University. Just two days after arriving on campus, she walked into the Wrestling Team offices, introduced herself to Head Coach Ed Carlin, and proceeded to tell him she was going to be one of his managers. She would become a fixture in the EIWA from that point forward and make a name for herself not just in tournament operations but as one of the more recognized PA voices in the sport. Upon arriving in DC in 1994 to start her career and not wanting to walk away from wrestling, she picked up the phone to chat with then Navy Head Coach Reg Wicks. As a result of that call, Natanya would begin her longstanding connection to the USNA; one she would deepen further by later becoming an official Midshipman Sponsor. In that time, more than 1,000 Mids have come through her door for a home cooked meal, a chance to unwind, a shoulder to lean on, conversation on current events and a brain to pick for advice. A long time professional in the education and nonprofit arenas, Natanya continues to pursue avenues both in and outside her career path to develop not just young people of all ages but members of the veteran community through her associations with the Travis Manion Foundation and" Beat The Streets".
