Robert Matyskiel

Robert is a Palm Beach County native, competing for Cardinal Newman High School in the late 70's. He was a Palm Beach County, District and Region Champion and 1980 State Runner up. He also served as Coach at his Alma Mater from 1981-87, and again from 1989-91, winning 2 Conference and 2 District Championship teams, one being undefeated. Individually, he's coached 2 State Champions, 4 place winners, and 15 qualifiers. He also coached the John Raich Wrestling Club from 1990-92. Robert is perhaps best known though, as an FHSAA wrestling official, serving since 1987. He has worked 20 district, 18 region and 2 State Championship tournaments. He's also been an NCAA certified official since 2012. He was elected into the Palm Beach County Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2007, and selected to the Cardinal Newman 50th Anniversary All-Time Sports Hall of Fame in 2011. From 1989-91 he was part of the organizing committee for the FHSAA State Wrestling Tournament's Host Committee. Lately, he's been heavily involved in Lacrosse, as his daughter's teams' statistician and booster club organizer. Robert the CEO of Insurance Marketing & Product Designers of America, Inc. and is married to wife, Lori, and has 2 children Kaitlin and Robert II.
