Donald & Dotty Curtis

Don and "Dotty" have been fixtures in the Florida Wrestling Community dating back to 1966 and were pioneers in promoting the sport here in Florida. The Curtis' moved to Jacksonville in 1966 after Don retired from professional wrestling, becoming a sports promoter and manager for the City Auditorium and Performing Arts Center. Dotty worked as a fitness instructor for the Jacksonville Beach Community Center before opening her own studio. From the 1960's to early 2000's, Don and Dotty travelled extensively both domestically and internationally, officiating at numerous AAU and International FILA events, Don as a mat official and Dotty as a pairer. The Curtis' opened a Real Estate Brokerage, which Dotty currently runs. The Curtis's have two daughters (Elaine and Lisa), and one son (Donald), 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
