Steve Zumbach
Steve wrestled at Manchester West Deleware high school for HOF coach Wilbur Nead. He wrestled varsity for two of the four years in high school. Living on the farm helped groom his work ethic in the wrestling room and it set the stage for the many success stories he would achieve during his career. Mr. Zumbach was and Adjunct Professor at Drake University Law School. A member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a Tax Management and frequent speaker and writer on matters related to corporate and tax law.
Mr. Zumbach is a Certifide Public Accountant and holds a PH.D. in Economics with emphasis on Finance. Based on his background in law, economics and accounting, he brings and interdisciplinary approach to the corporate transactional practice and estate planning practice.
Steve specializes in corporate transactional practice focusing on mergers, acquisitions and the finance. Mr. Zumbach is a graduate of Iowa State University, Iowa State University with PH.D in Economics, University of Iowa with Legal degree in 1975.
Mr. Zumbach is Admitted to Practice in Iowa, Federal Courts U.S. District Court, Northern District of Iowa, U.S. District Court Southern District of Iowa, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court
